Story Days
1. Finding Story Days
The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Edit Messages: To get started with creating your Story Days, click "Edit Messages" to open up the Story Days window. You'll see what this window looks like in the next image below.
2. Content Array
The numbered items in Image 2 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Storylines: All of your surveys/alerts will be displayed here. A checkmark next to a survey/alert means that you've selected it to be a part of your story day.
- Select All | Select None: Select All will mark all of your surveys/alerts to be included in your story day. Select None will deselect any surveys/alerts marked, and the unmarked surveys/alerts will remain as is.
- 3-6: Filter, Use List, Randomize, and the number next to it will all be broken down in their own individual sections. Continue below to get started on number 3.
3. Filter
The numbered items in Image 3 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Filter Box: Type in a key word to filter through your selected surveys/alerts. This makes it easy to find a specific survey rather than scrolling through all surveys or alerts to find the desired selection. In this instance, we typed the word "welcome."
- Results: After typing "welcome" in the Filter box, we see every available survey/alert that contains the word "welcome."
4. Use List
The numbered items in Image 4 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Use List: When this has been selected, the "Use List" box will be outlined black and the selected surveys will be outlined in yellow as shown above.
- All that has been selected will be displayed in this box.
- Count: This shows how many items have been selected.
5. Randomize
The numbered items in Image 5 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Randomize: This feature selects the number surveys/alerts you've entered into the box labeled 2. In this instance, the number 6 is written, so 6 surveys/alerts are selected in a random order and displayed on the righthand side.
6. Manually Selecting a Survey/Alert

- Manually Selecting a Survey/Alert: You can select the specific survey(s)/alert(s) you want. When you do this, the selected surveys/alerts will appear in the box labeled 2.
