1. Notes: Click on one of these "Notes" links to view them on the participant profile. This link opens a new tab, which brings you to the participant's profile; notes tab.

1. Notes Tab: Once you are on your participant's profile, select the "Notes" tab.

1. Editing Tools: 

   * : Bold text; can be selected before, during, or after note has been typed.

   * : Italicized text; can be selected before, during, or after note has been typed.

   * : Strikethrough; can be selected before, during, or after note has been typed.

   * : Asks you to enter a URL; adds a link to the note.

   * : Makes text either big or small; can be selected before, during, or after note has been typed.

   * : Block quote

   * : Code snippet

   * : Bullet point list; numbered list. Can be selected before, during, or after note has been typed.

   * : Indent out outdent. These actions are only available with a numbered list and/or a bullet point list.

2. Back/Forward Arrows: Select to undo an action, or to bring back an action that has been undone; e.g., a word that has been deleted.
3. Text Field: Enter note content.
4. Save Content: Save note.
5. Add Comment: Comments field, notes can have multiple comments from Mosio users.
