1. Contact List 

The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Contacts: Selecting "Contact List" from the Contacts menu will send you to the page seen above, this is the first step in finding Participant Profile > Group Storylines tab. Next you can either do step 2 or 3.
  2. Actions: Clicking on the Action button will open this dropdown menu, here you will find the "Participant Profile" link.
  3. Participant Icon: A secondary way to access the Participant Profile is by selecting the participant icon (ppt_guy.png).

 

 

2. Participant Profile

  1. Group Storylines: If you visit a participant's profile who has a storyline associated with them, you will see the tab option called "Group Storylines."

 

 

3. Group Storylines Tab

  1. Name: This is the name of the storyline that your participant is enrolled in.
  2. Start Date: The start date of the participant in the storyline.
  3. Day Number: The current day that the participant is in the storyline, which is calculated from their start date.
  4. Status: This shows the status of the participant in the storyline.
  5. Opt-Out / Pause / Completion / Active Storyline:
    *  group_storylines_tab_-_optout.png: "Opt-Out" button - stop the participant from receiving messages that get processed and sent from the storyline.
    *  group_storylines_tab_-_pause.png: "Pause" button - pause the storyline to stop the participant from receiving messages that get processed and sent from the storyline.
    *  group_storylines_tab_-_checkmark.png: "Completion" button - completes the storyline which stops the participant from receiving messages that get processed and sent from the storyline.
    *group_storylines_tab_-_play_button.png: "Activate Storyline" button – will set the status back to active and allow the storyline to process and send messages to the participant again.
  6. Add To Storyline:
    *  A dropdown that displays the storylines that are available to the User.
    *  group_storylines_tab_-_plus_sign.png:  "Add To Storyline" button – adds the participant to the selected storyline from the dropdown.
