1. Contact List
The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Contacts: Selecting "Contact List" from the Contacts menu will send you to the page seen above, this is the first step in finding the Participant Profile > Appointments tab. Next you can either do step 2 or 3.
- Actions: Clicking on the Action button will open this dropdown menu, here you will find the "Participant Profile" link.
- Participant Icon: A secondary way to access the Participant Profile is by selecting the participant icon ().
2. Participant Profile
The numbered items in Image 2 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Appointments: If you visit a participant's profile who has a storyline associated with them, you will see the tab called "Appointments."
3. Add Appointment Button
The numbered items in Image 3 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Add Appointment Button: Clicking this button will open up the table to enter in the appointment information.
4. Add Appointment Table
The numbered items in Image 4 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Appointment Date / Send Date:
* Appointment Date: When you click inside the text field, a calendar will show up so you can pick the date and time for the appointment.
* Send Date: When you click inside the text field, a calendar will show up so you can pick the date and time to send the message to the participant. - Message: This is the message that will be sent to the participant.
- Yes Response / No Response:
* Yes Response: The message sent to participant when they reply YES to the message.
* No Response: The message sent to participant when they reply NO to the message. - Survey Configuration: Select survey(s) to add to appointment message.
- Update / Cancel Editing:
* : This button will save the appointment information that has been inputted into the table.
* : This button will close the Add Appointment table without saving changes.
5. Appointment Message Information
The numbered items in Image 5 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Message: The message content of the appointment.
- : Edit the message content of the appointment.
- Appointment Date: The date of the appointment.
- Send On: The date the message will be sent to the participant.
- Status: The three buttons (each will be explained below) show the status of the participant's response.
- : Accept appointment on behalf of participant (status = confirmed).
- : Decline appointment on behalf of participant (status = declined).
- : Delete appointment (removes appointment from table).
