Survey Configurations and Unresponsive Actions (Nudges)
1. Mosio Survey Configurations
The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
Image 1: Survey Configuration
1. ERROR_RESPONSE - Global Error Message For Your Survey
- Description: The description of the Value.
- Value: Add the message you would like to be sent when a participant does not enter an answer that is allowed for a question type.
- Update: Click this button to save the Configuration.
- Delete: Click this button to delete the Configuration.
2. SURVEY_FINISHED_RESPONSE - Message Sent When Survey is Complete
- Description: The description of the Value.
- Value: Add the message you would like to be sent when a participant completes your survey.
- Update: Click this button to save the Configuration.
- Delete: Click this button to delete the Configuration.
2. Mosio Survey Unresponsive Actions (Nudges)

Image 2: Survey Unresponsive Actions (Nudges)
1. Hours
- This is the amount of time since the last activity in your Survey. Your Unresponsive Action will trigger when this time mark is reached.
- Set the time in hours, examples include 1.0, 2.5, 0.5
2. Action
- Action Dropdown:
- Email Admin: Send email to the email address set in the ADMIN_EMAIL configuration.
- Alert: Set a message (nudge) to remind your participant to complete the survey.
- Alert + Resend Question: Send alert and the last unanswered question to the participant.
- Resend Question: Send last unanswered question to the participant.
- Complete: Close the current survey, future participant messages will not be part of this session.
3. Value
- This field is used to add a message for an Action that requires it.
4. Update
- When a change is made to an Unresponsive Action, the Update button must be selected to save change.
5. Delete
- To remove an Unresponsive Action, the Delete button must be selected.
6. Add Unresponsive
- Click this button to add an Unresponsive Action.
- Multiple Unresponsive Actions can be added for a Survey. (some users may send a nudge first and then set the survey to complete if a participant does not finish the survey after a set time period)
