FollowSet up automated follow-ups for participants who don’t complete surveys.
VIDEO
The video below explains how to use Mosio’s unresponsive participant actions, also known as nudges, to follow up with participants who haven’t completed a survey. You can configure time-based triggers to send alerts, resend questions, notify admins, or automatically complete the survey after a set period. These tools help improve response rates and keep your study on track without manual intervention.

So within surveys, there's a function we call unresponsive participant actions or nudges. There's a couple different things that you can do if someone has not responded or finished a survey. So we'll go ahead and look at those now. One is well first of all you choose the the number of hours, for the action that after they have been sent the survey but they haven't completed it and then you choose the action. So one is you can email the admin.
That would be anyone that's an admin on the site and let them know that this person hasn't completed that.
You can also send them an alert which just is it gives you the ability to enter in the value whatever that message would say and then you just click update.
You can alert and then resend the questions. They may say, hey, we haven't heard back from you about completing the survey. Here's the survey question. Resend the question. Or you can just flat out resend the question without the alert, without that additional message. And then also you can complete them. So you can just mark that survey completed.
Those are the various functions and in fact you can do multiple versions of that. So you could have after two hours, it send an alert, but then after twenty four hours, you just click update and then add unresponsive. And then after twenty four hours, you could have it complete if they still haven't completed that particular survey.
