Creating and Editing Text Message Surveys

This video walks through how to create and edit survey questions in Mosio. You'll learn how to set up question types, customize error messages, and send follow-up nudges to participants who don’t respond. Okay. So editing surveys is pretty simple. We'll go ahead and click on here. So to edit a question, a survey question, you just click on edit. We can type this in or respond y or n.
And then to update it, you just click update. The different types, yes, no, one through ten, basically any any question that you ask, you can design and deploy on our system via text message. You have up to six hundred characters. That is four text messages worth. And to hide the editor, you just click on that. To add a new question, you just click on add question.
And then there is an error response. So if it's a yes or no question and they response with they respond with b, then we can you can customize that error response and then also sent when the survey is completed. Now when someone is unresponsive, they don't we call nudges. You can decide how many hours after, and you can send them alert and resend the question, and you just click update there.
