1. Mosio Question Types - Numeric
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.
2. Mosio Question Type - 1-5 scale

1. Only the numbers 1 through 5 are allowed.
2. An example of using this question type may be, "how likely are you to refer this product to a friend? Please select between numbers 1-5, 1 being not at all likely and 5 being definitely."
3. Mosio Question Types - 1-10 scale
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.

1.. Only the numbers 1 through 10 are allowed.
2. An example of using this question type may be, "please rate how much pain you're in, 1 being no pain at all and 10 being the worst pain you've ever experienced.
4. Mosio Question Types - Single Letter
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.

1. Any individual letter is allowed, A-Z. These are case insensitive, so you can use upper case or lower case letters.
2. An example of using this question type may be a multiple choice question and asking the participant to answer the question by replying with the letter corresponding with the answer. With "single letter" question type, you can use "x,y,z" , "a,b,c" , etc.. any letter groups are acceptable with this question type.

1. Only letters A-E are allowed.
2. An example of using this question type may be, "please select your answer to the question by responding with the letter option that matches your desired answer."
6. Mosio Question Types - Yes or No
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.

1. Only yes or no answers are allowed, including just Y or N.
2. An example of using this question type may be, "have you taken your medications today? Please reply with Yes or No."
7. Mosio Question Types - Free Response

1. Any answer is accepted.
2. An example of using this question type may be, "please list all of your current medications."
8. Mosio Question Types - User Defined Set of Characters (case insensitive)
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.
Image 8: User Defined Set of Characters (case insensitive) Question Type
1. You may define the specific characters allowed, such as "y, n, s." Only single characters are allowed, no words; case-insensitive.
2. User Defined Value: As an example, we put in "y, n, s." This could represent yes, no, or si. This allows for the possibility that the participant may answer Yes, No, or Si.
3. An example of using this question type may vary, depending on what is chosen as the User Defined Value. In this case when the User Defined Value is "y, n, s," this question type may be used when you anticipate certain answers beginning with the configured letters, in this case the user anticipates an answer of yes, no, or si.
9. Mosio Question Types - Regular Expression

1. Answer is valid if regular expression matches. E.g.: /^[a-j].*/ will match all answers starting with lower case a-j letters.
10. Mosio Question Types - Branching Expression

1. A branching expression allows you to apply skip logic to your surveys. You can define and skip to different questions within the survey based on the participants answer to the branching question.

11. Mosio Question Types - Terminating Question Type
Under each image is the definition of the question type, followed by an example use case.
Image 11: Terminating Question Type
1. A terminating question is used to end a survey. This question type is not intended to receive a participant reply.
2. An example of a terminating question would be, "thank you for completing the survey, we appreciate your time."

1. An image is required as part of the response.
2. An example of an image response would be a question requesting a participant to take a picture of a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
