Our legal department wants to revise your terms and conditions. How do we go about doing that?

As stated on our Terms and Conditions page:
These Terms and Conditions constitute Mosio’s standard agreement for use of its services and are not subject to customization or negotiation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a separate services agreement – such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA) – has been duly executed by Mosio and the Client, the terms of that agreement shall govern and supersede any conflicting provisions herein. Absent such an agreement, no modifications or alternative terms shall be accepted or enforceable.

The "separate services agreement" being referred to is usually (but not always) an RCD License. When we enter into an RCD License with a client, we are able to edit and revise agreeable phrasing that will cover terms for all staff and employees at the organization. There are other benefits to the RCD License as well (BAA, MSA, InfoSec questionnaires answered, etc), but a negotiation of updated terms is included in that.
