How long does the 10DLC registration process take for mobile texting numbers?

If this is your first Mosio project, the 10DLC registration process typically takes 10 business days to have your campaign reviewed and approved by the mobile carriers. You won't be able to successfully deliver any texts until your campaign is approved. 

The good news is that Mosio handles the 10DLC registration process for you at no additional charge. Once you complete the simple Campaign Registration form in your Mosio dashboard, our team takes care of all the technical details and carrier requirements, so you can focus on your research instead of administrative hurdles. 

If you have submitted your information and approval is taking longer than this, please submit a support ticket. 

Once You Are Approved

Once your campaign is approved, all your projects will fall under the same campaign. New projects should be associated to your campaign within an hour of creation. 

If A Problem Appears

When checking your text history, if you receive the delivery error "10DLC error: number is unregistered" and you already have an approved project, please submit a support ticket to associate the proper campaign ID - this can usually be fixed quickly.
