1. Contact List 

The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Contacts: Clicking this will bring you to the page seen above.

 

 

2. Contact List - Add Group to Story

The numbered items in Image 2 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Check Boxes: Here you select which participants you want to add to a Storyline. Under the green Actions button, there's an option "Select All", this option will select all participants to add to a Storyline. 
  2. Add Group To Story: Once you've selected participants you want included in your storyline, select "Add To Group Story."  This will open the next option of choosing a Storyline.

 

 

3. Add To Story

  1. Participants: This shows how many participants you have selected to add to your storyline.
  2. Storyline: Choose which storyline you would like to add your selected participants to.
  3. Start Date: When you click inside this box a calendar will pop for you to select the start date for the storyline.
  4. Close: If you use the "Close" button, it will close out this dropdown without saving the data.
  5. Add Participants: Clicking "Add Participants" will save the inputted data.

 

 

4. Notification When Participants are Added

When you add participants to a Storyline, the notification that is circled in image 4 (shown above) will display on your screen. You will see two notifications, one saying "Added," and one saying "Skipped." If any of the participants that you added are not currently in the Storyline, then they will be included in the number in parentheses for "Added." If any of the participants that you have selected are already in the Storyline, then they will be included in the number in parentheses for "Skipped."
