Can I move a Project to another Account Plan?

No. Each Project is associated with an Account Plan (Direct, Basic or Plus). You cannot "move" a Project to a different Account Plan.

That said, you can add another team login to a Project on your Account Plan so they could have various types of access, but they would count as one of your Account Plan Team Logins.
