The virtual number allocated to your account is located at the top of the microboard. This is the number that will appear on the participant’s phone when they receive a text from the Mosio system. Where possible, we try to allocate a Virtual Texting Number within your local area code.
If a participant tries to call this number, an automated message is in place informing them that the number is unable to receive voice calls.
