TextChat: How To Update Your Autoresponders
FollowAn auto-responder is the message that the participant receives if they send a text to in to Text Chat.
To update your account's auto response, in the main nav, click Tools > Auto Responders.
You can create auto responders as complex or simple as you like. They can overlap, encompass entire days or only part of the days. The visual grid gives you a look at your set auto responders.
​To create an auto-responder click on the Create New Auto Responder link.
​Specify the message to send (160 characters), the start time and end time. Additionally you can specify the days this message is applicable, then click save.
Holiday Auto-responders:
Holiday auto-responders take precedence over time based auto-responders. They allow you to send a different message for the specified date range without changing what you have already set up.
