Below is an overview of the SSO integration process with Mosio.
Supported SSO Protocols:
- SAML 2.0
- Shibboleth (both SP-initiated and IdP-initiated flows)

Integration Steps
Configuration on Mosio's Side:
Import the Identity Provider (IdP) Entity ID and metadata file.
Set up NameIDPolicy and define expected attributes.
Configuration on IdP's Side:
Create a new application specifically for Mosio.
Configure the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL and Entity ID as provided by Mosio.
User Identification:
Mosio typically uses the user's email address as the primary identifier. If your IdP doesn't use email as a static identifier, please inform Mosio and provide the email as a separate attribute.
Testing and Validation:
After completing the configuration, notify Mosio to initiate joint testing. This ensures a seamless user experience.
Mosio provides both test and production environments. Once testing is successful in the test environment, configurations will be applied to the production environment.
