How to Download Study Subject Data from REDCap (and Import Into Mosio)
FollowSometimes clients are unable to use Mosio's direct integration with REDCap, but they still want to utilize both REDCap and Mosio. Sometimes the instance or institution will does not support texting through REDCap, or implementing any text message add-ons.
While instances of REDCap and policies are different at each organization, we hope the following information helps you.
This will let you use REDCap to keep a contact list or database of study participants (subjects, patients), then adding them to Mosio so you can utilize text messaging to communicate with them. You'll need a Basic or Plus Plan to do this.

How to Create Project Variables (and Create Contact List Columns)
- Note: You need to create a Project Variable for each column of data (beyond subject ID, Phone Number) to view it in your Contacts.
