1. Search and TextChat Navbar

The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Search: Search field found in upper level navbar. Text search provides results for any word or phrase found in the TextChat conversations. 
  2. Keyword: The Project name; links back to main TextChat page. The keyword is also used by the participant to text into the Project to receive the "Text for Instructions" message.
  3. 10 Digit Number: Project virtual number. This is the number that the participant will see when a text message is sent.
  4. Change: Changes the view of question order on the page. The options are: Viewing Unanswered First, Viewing Chronologically, and Conversational View.
  5. My Notifications: Sends you to the page "Update your account settings" (Notifications page).
  6. QuickSend: Sends you to QuickSend page for sending a new SMS message. See "TextChat - How to Send (QuickSend) and Answer Messages" help page for more details.

 

 

2. Quick Links Panel

The numbered items in Image 2 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Quicklink Management: Clicking this link will send you to the "Quicklink Management" page.
  2. Starred Questions: Any questions that you star (show little star icon here) will appear on the "Starred Questions" page. Clicking this link will send you to that same page.
  3. Flagged Questions: Any questions that you flag (show little flag icon here) will appear on the "Flagged Questions" page. Clicking this link will send you to that same page.
  4. Archived Questions: Any questions that you archive with appear on the "Archived Questions" page. Clicking this link will send you to that same page.
  5. Deleted Questions: Any questions that you delete will appear on the "Deleted Questions" page. Clicking this link will send you to that same page.
  6. Help Center: Clicking this link will send you to the "Help Center" page.
