1. Appointment Settings

The button to access "Appointment Settings" page.
2. Send Test Appointment
The numbered items in Image 2 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- View or Send Appointment Reminders: Link to "User Overview" page. Here you can send an appointment reminder or view ones already in the system.
- Send Test Appointment: Enter a mobile phone number to send a test appointment with the current date and time.
3. Appointment Settings Area
The numbered items in Image 3 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Choose your default send on: The default day your appointment reminder message will be sent.
- Choose your default send time: The default time your appointment reminder message will be sent.
- Choose your follow ups: If participant's do not respond, you can choose to send a follow up message 6 hours from the original appointment message's send time.
- Choose who receives your notifications: Enter email(s) of Mosio users or staff members to receive appointment message notifications.
- Save: Save your configuration settings into the system.
4. Appointment Messages
The numbered items in Image 4 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Reminder: The appointment reminder message that will be sent.
- Confirmation: This message is sent once the participant confirms their appointment.
- Decline: This message is sent if the participant cancels their appointment.
- Error: This error message will be sent if the participant's response is not understood by the system. Example: The participant responds with a question or comment, instead of YES or NO to confirm or decline the appointment.
5. Unresponsive Participant Actions
The numbered items in Image 5 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.
- Hours: The timing of the unresponsive reminder message to send (this is based on the initial time the appointment reminder was sent).

Action: There are (3) unresponsive action options, only one option can be chosen for each unresponsive action configured (you can configure multiple unresponsive actions).
* Alert: Create a message to be sent to the participant
* Email Admin: Add an email address and body to send to a Mosio user or staff member
* Complete: Completes the appointment so the participant will not send responses to the appointment reminder message (this is important when multiple messages are sent to a participant from the Mosio system and the participant does not respond to confirm or decline an appointment before another message is scheduled to send) - Value: The alert message to be sent if the participant does not respond before the unresponsive action is triggered (if "Email" is selected, value will change to email address and message body).
- Update: Click this button to save your work.
- Delete: This button will delete the unresponsive action.
- Add Unresponsive: This button will add a new unresponsive action.
