Personal Storylines
FollowThe usefulness of the Storylines module, but with a personal touch based on details and information specific to the study participant.
- Useful for dosing reminders where a participant/patient might need a reminder at a different time of day than the rest of the group or if they are taking more than one medication and need different reminders for each.
- This function also enables you to use a specific key phrase or wording for an individual participant.
- Personalized therapies, interventions, and care messaging can be used in Personal Storylines based on the specific needs of a study participant/patient.
Single User Storylines
Personalized storylines can be created from the Contacts Manager.
Select Contacts from the top nav to bring up your contact list. If you have a long list of contacts, you can search for participants using the filters above each column.
Once you have identified the participant, click the green Actions button to the left of the contact data and select Participant Profile from the drop down menu.
From the profile, select the "Personal Storylines" tab.
To create a unique personal message schedule or storyline for a participant, select Add New Schedule.
Start by entering the Time that the alert or survey will be sent out, the date that you want the message schedule to start and how long it should run for. In the case of ongoing message schedules, leave the Ending field empty.
Select either Alert or Survey, and enter the message content (160 characters) into the text box provided or select one of your pre-entered surveys from the list.
Choose the frequency you would like the message to be sent from the list of options in the drop down menu.
Specify any dates in which you don’t want the message to be sent by Add Exceptions and entering the information. This can be contained to just the single storyline, or repeated for the participants complete schedule, select Add to confirm.
Save Schedule and repeat to add new schedule.
To delete a Storyline, simply click the x in the middle of the highlighted bar.
