Can I pause my account plan / license?
FollowWe understand that during some months projects go dormant or have gaps in recruitment or intervention periods.
A plan needs to be active (paid) in order to keep everything associated with projects (texting numbers, logins, access to the platform, reporting, support etc). We do it this way because of the costs we incur and to ensure that with active plans there are no ambiguities.
You can cancel/deactivate your account and then start up again, but it will be just like starting over. You'll need to register 10DLC under a new texting number for your projects and rebuild your project configurations. This may cost extra time so it is best to consider the costs associated with keeping your account plan active against the need to "restart" everything.
