How Do I Cancel My Monthly Subscription
FollowWe understand that some clients have a project winding down and are looking to cancel their monthly Mosio subscriptions. To do that, please send us a note using the Contact Form (choose Billing/Accounting in the "Department or Channel" dropdown).
We understand the need to reserve or manage funds in accordance with your study schedule, but please note that your texting numbers will be deactivated and returned to the pool and all project data will be deleted.
In some cases it may make more sense to keep your account alive, but we'll leave that up to you. Cancelation form can be found here.
NOTE: You can use the same form to upgrade from a Monthly Plan to 12+ Months plan.
