Create or Delete a Storyline Welcome Message

Welcome to our quick-start guide on setting up your Storyline Welcome Message in the Mosio platform. In just a few easy steps you’ll learn how to create, edit, or delete your Day 0 message so your participants get the perfect greeting from the moment they’re enrolled. Creating, editing, or deleting Storyline Welcome Messages is easy.

Create a Storyline Welcome Message (aka Day 0 Message):
1. Set the Day Number to 0.

2. Choose Alert or Survey. If you choose Alert, type in your Welcome message.

3. Click Save.

To edit, just click in the content field and update the message.

Delete a Storyline Welcome Message (aka Day 0 Message):
1. Click Delete.
