Tools - Project Settings - How to Redact Incoming Messages
Note: Project Settings is only available to you if you have Account Admin permission.

1. Finding Project Settings

- Tools: You can find "Project Settings" on the Tools dropdown menu.

- Redact Incoming Messages: Once you are on the Project Settings page, select 'Redact Incoming Messages' on the Project Settings list.
3. Selecting 'Yes'

Confirmation Window: When you select 'Yes' in the dropdown, a confirmation window will pop up at the top of the screen that explains what will happen when 'Yes' is selected. It's important to note that Surveys and Appointment Reminders will not work correctly if 'Redact Incoming Messages' is enabled since no incoming messages will be received. DO NOT enable this feature if you are using Surveys or Appointment Reminders in your project
Please remember to select ‘Save’ at the bottom of the Project Settings page after you select 'Okay' or 'Cancel' in the confirmation window.
4. Selecting 'No'

Confirmation Window: When you select 'No' in the dropdown, a confirmation window will pop up at the top of the screen that explains what will happen when 'No' is selected. Please remember to select ‘Save’ at the bottom of the Project Settings page after you select 'Okay' or 'Cancel' in the confirmation window.
Note: All messages that are redacted will continue to be redacted even if you change your selection to 'No' to resume incoming messages.
