  • Do you support multiple languages?

  • Do you have screenshots or can you walk through the process of registering a new participant into the system / onboarding process?
  • Do the text messages come from a fixed number for everyone, and is there a format for the text messages?
  • Do they ever get flagged as junk messages, and is there a way around that? (E.g. having the participants enter in the phone number where texts are coming from as a known contact)
