Send gift codes via text message for study incentives. Schedule single messages to subjects with Amazon gift codes, use Mosio QuickSend feature to initiate a text with a participant

After confirming a completed action, such as a survey or study visit, you can use answer templates and Quick Send to personalize the message and paste in the reward code. It’s a simple, no-cost way to provide incentives while keeping communication streamlined and secure.

Hello. So if you're looking to send Amazon gift codes or any gift codes, basically you can use our contacts, the contacts function and text chat to be able to do that. And there's no extra cost. If you'd like for us to integrate incentives in another way, then there is an additional cost.

But for most clients, they wanna confirm that someone completed a desired action before they send that gift code. So basically, what you do is you just click on contacts. It opens it up. And then participant ID or phone number, you can search by that.

So I just got mine here. I'll go ahead and click on that number.

And then you can send a message. Now we've got answer templates on the right that you can create new answer templates. They're down below. And if you click on them, they just enter in there. So thank you for completing your survey. It enters it into the message.

Or, you know, you could go in and change it, say, your study visit. Here's your Amazon gift code. Now I would store these Amazon gift codes in in an Excel file someplace else, and then I would just copy and paste them into here. So the x y z, you know, whatever.

And hit send and then that will send back that will send that message to your participant. Now if your participant replies back with a question, then that will open up a text chat and you can have an interactive conversation with them that way. But that's that's how how easy it is to send gift codes via text message in our system.
