How to Get Mosio Support
FollowMosio has a library of online articles in our Knowledge Base as well as Video Guides.
We're adding articles and videos every month. If you can't find what you're looking for by searching the knowledge base, you can submit a request ticket and someone will get back with you.
Please note that our Development team is able to assist with technical support issues (bugs, message delivery, etc) they are not able to assist with assistance in configuring your account through this channel. If you are looking for Setup Assistance or REDCap Integration Assistance, those can be purchased as extras either through the Online Order Form (under Extras) or by contacting Client Services.
IMPORTANT: When sending in support tickets, do not include study participant mobile numbers, names, or any PHI (Private Health Information).
