Can I Do Two-Way Text Messaging with the Direct Plan?

No. The Direct Plan is one-way text messaging only and can only support REDCap users. Two-way text messaging (TextChat, SMS Surveys, Appointment Reminders, etc) is available in the Basic and Plus Plans. 

To be clear, there are two-way text messaging capabilities with Mosio's direct integration into REDCap, but those are done through the Basic and Plus Plans.
