What content can I send through the Direct Plan (via REDCap)?

With the direct integration into REDCap to send survey links (Automated Survey Invitations aka ASIs) or REDCap Alerts and Notifications, all of your configurations are done inside of REDCap. That includes the rules and the text content you send in the messages.

Think of it this way:
Anything you would normally send from REDCap using Email can be sent via text message with Mosio. Naturally, you'll want to shorten the message content for text messaging (SMS), but you can send text or links through the messages.
