When Click-to-Call is enabled a Mosio user can call a participant by selecting the ‘call’ button. The Mosio user must have a phone number enabled in their profile settings, this is the phone that will be used for the call.
Click-to-Call happens in 2 steps:
Step 1: The system calls the Mosio user phone
Step 2: The Mosio user presses “1” and the call is started with the participant, calling the telephone number listed for the participant.
NOTE: when click-to-call is enabled it is found on 3 pages in the application: TextChat, Contacts>Actions, and Participant Profile. Click-to-Call is an add-on service, please contact Mosio Support for more details.

1. Click-To-Call - TextChat

From the TextChat module as shown in Image 1, you will find the Click-to-Call button titled "Call" with the phone icon where there is a participant with an active phone.
2. Click-to-Call - Contacts>Actions
The marked items in Image 2 are described in the paragraph that follows the image. Refer back to this image as needed.
Click-to-Call can be found under the "Contacts" tab. Once you find the participant you would like to call, click the "Actions" button. From the Action drop down, select the option in the list, "Call Participant."
3. Click-to-Call - Participant Profile
Images 3 and 4 are described in the paragraph that follows each image. Refer back to these images as needed.
To Access Click-to-Call from the Personal Profile, from the Contacts List choose the Participant Profile Icon on the righthand side of the phone number.
On the Participant Profile page (image 4), go to the "Phone" field and you will see the participant's phone number and the green button labeled "Call."
4. Click-to-Call - Initiate Call
Once you've selected the "Call" button, you will receive a call on your Mosio user phone that is enrolled in the the Mosio User Profile. When you answer the call, you will hear a message asking "Please press 1 when ready." Immediately after selecting '1' on the Mosio User phone, you will be connected to the Participant's phone to start the phone call.
When you select Click-to-Call, a message will appear on the page indicating that the call has been started.
5. Logging and Reporting, Click-to-Call Report
The marked items in Image 5 are described in the paragraph that follows the image. Refer back to this image as needed.
When you initiate Click-to-Call, the Mosio system will log the event. You can view and export the report at any time.
From your Reports dropdown in the top navigation menu, select the Click-to-Call report.
Once you select "Click-to-Call Report," a csv file will be downloaded to your computer or device.

To find the Call History Tab, go to Contacts > Participant Profile > Call History.
The Call History tab is shown in the image above. The Mosio user can see the date and time, 'From Phone' (Mosio User), Username making the call, 'To Phone' (participant), and call duration in seconds.
