What is the difference between a Direct Plan and the Basic or Plus Plan?

The two quickest answers (related to functionality, not costs and "what you get") are this:

The Direct Plan is one-way text messaging only, configured inside of REDCap.
It utilizes the direct integration Mosio has with REDCap and your Direct Plan dashboard has strictly account management functions. - Basic and Plus Plans can also utilize the direct integration with REDCap (sending REDCap automated survey invitations as well as alerts & notifications), but includes all of the other Mosio two-way text messaging modules. We like to say "Basic and Plus give you access to the other 90% of Mosio's functionality."
What happens when you upgrade from Direct to Basic or Plus Plans?
Your texting numbers and logins stay the same. Along with the additional elements you get (more Projects/Text Lines, Messages/Segments, Team Logins, etc) you get access to all of the other Mosio modules: TextChat, Storylines, Appointment Reminders, SMS Surveys, and more robust reporting.
Also, if you previously were on a Direct Plan and sending REDCap survey links via one-way messaging, when you add Basic or Plus, your participants can reply to the message and engage in two-way text messaging.
