Do the Direct Plan REDCap integration features also work in Basic and Plus Plans?

Definitely. We are seeing more and more clients start with the Direct Plan for integrating with REDCap, then decide they want two-way text messaging, more projects or all of the other modules offered. 

They’re able to do so without changing their REDCap settings configured in the Direct Plan.
