Storyline Alerts - A more powerful way to send alerts
FollowSend alerts using the Alerts module or automate them more effectively with Storylines.
This video covers two ways to send alerts in Mosio: using the basic Alerts module for quick one-time or scheduled messages, or leveraging the Storylines module for automated, participant-specific message delivery. While Alerts are useful for sending messages to individuals or groups, Storylines allow for greater flexibility by delivering personalized alerts on each participant’s unique timeline. For most research workflows, Storylines offer more control, better automation, and easier message management across study phases.
