Transcripts:
Hello. So alerts are super simple function in our system. There's actually two ways that you can send them. One is through our storylines module, which you can preschedule a series of alerts or surveys with each participant going out on their own day zero.
Another way is if you wanna send alerts to everybody or a select group in your list. Basically, text messages are a hundred and sixty characters. With us, you can send up to three hundred and twenty, so over two text messages. And you'll see these markers in the system.
So if a specific coordinator is associated with a particular participant, you can enter in that information. So hello, this is And then it will fill it out.
I hope all is well. So it'll show you what your text message looks like. But in the database, it marks the particular coordinator with that participant. So in this case, it may say Noel or Susan or whoever.
You can schedule them now or in the future. It shows you any upcoming posts that you have and it also shows your post history. And then you just add the alert that would send it. Shows you your time zone setting.
But but that that's really how simple alerts is if you're using it in this particular fashion. What most of our clients do is they actually use the storylines function to preschedule that series of those messages going out. If you have any questions, let us know. Thanks.
