Initiating a TextChat via Contacts
FollowSend one-on-one messages to participants using Quick Send and answer templates.
This video shows how to send individual text messages to participants using Mosio’s Quick Send feature. You’ll learn how to search for contacts, compose messages, and use pre-written answer templates for faster communication. When participants reply, the conversation opens into a text chat, making it easy to maintain ongoing, personalized engagement.

Okay. So I'll show you how to send an individual message to someone. Let's say you have a bank of messages you wanna send them.
You wanna find them. You click on contacts and you can go to all the contacts in your study. They even search and filter. So we'll search by we'll search by me.
So find that. Click on the number and it will open it up. And this opens up a text chat so you can or it's called quick send specifically within text chat. And then you can start typing your message to that person.
Now there are these things below called answer templates and you can create those. So you can have a check-in templates. You can have a, thanks so much for your visit. In another video I even show how you can send them a gift code in the same way, but that's exactly how you do it.
Start typing, you can see what the text messages will look like.
