Hello. So today, I'll show you how to copy a storyline. Basically, get to the storylines overview, which is in the navigation. Click on overview.
If you wanna go to the specific one to copy, then go ahead. But basically, we are getting a a UI change, UI updates to make things easier. But for now, this video will help you show you how to copy a storyline. So just click on the one that you wanna copy and this will take you to the enroll and monitor page.
If you click on days in storyline, you'll see this copy storyline button right here. Now what we advise, if you're trying to create a whole new one, you know, effectively a blank one, just choose whatever storyline has the least number of messages. And and I'll show you why that's the case in a second. So I click on copy.
It asked me to name the new one. New storyline.
New story demo.
Click okay.
And so now it has automatically created that for me as new story demo. Now I'm on this page. Now what you want to do is it's taken all of the all the messages whether it's a survey or an alert and it's copied those exact same things. So if you want to make a new storyline from scratch, then go ahead and just delete each of those. And if you have too many and you want to do this, then go ahead right now and ask support for help. There will be better ways and easier ways to do this in the future.
But then you just delete all those and then you can start start from scratch. That's basically how you do it.
The the markers that you have, if you have any of those, like coordinator name, those will also be copied as well. So I can start with my day one. Time to send.
Nine thirty AM alert.
Hello.
Your alert and then add day. And you go ahead and just repeat that for all the days that you have. If you have any questions, let us know.
