FollowHow to enroll participants into a Storyline.
Transcript:
Hello. This is the enroll and monitor page. This is where most research staff will actually spend their time inside the system. So enroll is exactly what you do here.
When you wanna enroll a participant or a study patient into your study, you just need to enter their phone number, their participant or patient ID, and their start date. Now where it says coordinator, if you're going to be using the form field technology and inject a coordinator's name in your messages, then you would enter the coordinator's name there, but it's not required. Then you click add user. If you have a day zero message in that particular storyline, then they will get that day zero message.
But if not, then it will just start them on day one on the date that you've selected.
Now in monitoring, you go down here. Once you have your participants enrolled in the storylines, then this is where you monitor to see various elements of where it is that they are in the storyline. This is where you can also opt them out or if they are opted out. So you just click here. You can pause pause inactive.
If they opted out, if they replied stop or quit, then it will show them as opted out. Or you can complete if they finish the storyline in another way.
So I'll go back. I just clicked that out there and got there. There's other actions that you can you can enter here.
You can see survey results and this is for this particular participant.
So I won't go into all the specifics, but this is where you can also do things. You can add them to another storyline. You can move move them to another storyline. You can see their text history, restart elements.
And and if you need those, then your account manager will give you training on specifically what it is that you're looking to do. Just wanted to provide a quick general overview on enrolling and monitoring. If you have any questions, please let us know. We're here to help.
