Do the Mosio direct integration with REDCap work with all plans?
FollowYes! Mosio's direct integration with REDCap works with Direct, Basic, and Plus Plans.
The main difference is that Direct Plan = One way text messaging only (sending REDCap Survey Invitations and/or Alerts).
With Basic and Plus you are able to send REDCap Survey Invitations (ASIs) and send REDCap Alerts via text message (like with the Direct Plan), but you'll also have two-way text messaging capabilities like TextChat, Appointment Reminders, Mosio Text Message Surveys, etc.
The Direct Plan Dashboard is very simple, used only for Account Management purposes (to get your Mosio API Key for REDCap, create new projects, etc).
