How to Find your Mosio API Key for REDCap (Basic and Plus Plans)
FollowIf you have a Direct Plan, when you login, you'll be in the right spot.
For those of you with a Basic or Plus Plan, you'll see a bigger dashboard. Here's where you find the link to the Direct Dashboard.
In your Basic or Plus dashboard, click Quicklinks and Choose REDCap Direct in the dropdown. It will open up the Direct dashboard in a new tab.

Alright, so when you're setting up direct and you want to set up your functions in REDCap cap, meaning you want to get your API key from Mosio to paste in the REDCap. You're going to do that in this what we called direct dashboard. Now if you have the direct plan and you log in, this is all you'll see, so you're there. This is where you get your API key, paste it in the REDCap cap, come back, you'll you're connected to which REDCap cap project for this project, see your other projects up here.
And then if you want to create a new one, give it a name and get your area code. Now if you have the basic or the plus plan, when you log in, you're going to see the dashboard with all these other cards. That is because these are your REDCap cap direct functions are very similar, very simple and very just account management based. And all your other functions in the day to day are going to be here.
To get there, you just click Quick Links, REDCap cap direct, it opens up into a new tab and then this is where you can get these things set up. Really after you have everything set up inside of REDCap cap, you can send your REDCap cap survey imitations, your alerts and notifications if you want. But then your main dashboard for the basic and the plus plans are going to be here. So again, quick links, REDCap cap direct, it'll open up to a new window.
And if you click on quick link management, you can actually create a bunch of quick links. So any quick points of reference that you need on the web, whether it's uh documents or information, you can make it easier and more efficient to get.
