0:00 Alright, so here is a quick demo of the direct plan in Mosio. So for REDCap users, we do have a direct integration into the REDCap system, and it's one-way messaging only.
0:14 And I'll show you a couple things about how that works. Now, on our website, if you go to REDCap users, or who we help, REDCap users, it will take you to this page, Mosio slash REDCap.
0:23 Um, basically, what would, there's pricing, um, some plans on our website, you can get instant quotes, but this talks about our plans, two REDCap users, to help you make a decision on which plan will be best for you.
0:37 The direct plan, as I mentioned, is one-way messaging only. You can figure everything inside a REDCap, and so it allows you to send those ser- ver invitations or alerts and notifications, uh, in a one-way messaging fashion.
0:49 Now, it won't go into this because we're talking about direct, but if you're looking to do what I call the other 95% of what Mosio does, then you're going to want to get a basic or a plus plan.
0:58 Um, but again, we're just going to talk about REDCap. Direct today. These quick set of video guides, and we've got a great knowledge base, uh, with a little chat, um, AI chat bot called, um, called Mobot.
1:10 Um, but basically this shows you how to set up everything with a direct plan, how to create those REDCap projects, how to create REDCap surveys, or, uh, survey invitations, or what they call ASIs, or alerts and notifications.
1:23 Now, inside the the D. . It's made to be very simple for account management reasons. Why? Because you're doing all of your configurations in REDCap.
1:33 If you're sending, if you're using REDCap to say, send, uh, survey links via email, well, with most of you, you can then send them via text message.
1:39 And REDCap even gives you the op- option of sending via email via text message or whatever the subject prefers. But first you gotta connect the systems.
1:47 So you come to MOSIO, you log into your account, get your API key. It's hidden. You'll turn this on, copy it, and then you paste it into REDCap, into that red- cat project ID.
1:58 You come back to this page, refresh it, and know that this texting number and this API key are connected to this REDCap project ID.
2:06 So you're good to go. The systems are officially talking. Now, if you need to create a new project, you just click Create New Project, give it a name, type in your desired area code, search, and we'll show you available texting numbers, uh, available, you click Create New Project, and then you'll see
2:20 those additional projects here, uh, in the dropdown. Everything else here, umm, is account management focused, so you can use these character counter counters to craft your messages and see how many messages or segment credits you'll need.

2:38 What clients will do is they will craft their messages here, and then paste it either directly in a red cap, or some of them are copying and pasting it.
2:45 Into a document to submit to an IRB, or for their team, um, so they know what, you know, messages are going to look like.
2:52 Everything else here, as you can see, uh, recently sent text. You can download your text history, and you can manage user accounts.
2:59 But frankly, managing user accounts, you know, you usually, even though you get four, um, accounts with the direct plan, usually it's maybe one or two people that are creating these projects.
3:09 Because again, you're doing all those things, um, from inside of red cap. Um, one other thing to keep in mind is we do- You see clients who start off with direct and then realize that they want to move to basic.
3:23 They want to engage in two-way text messaging, appointment reminders, all the other things that basic comes with. You do have the ability to- to do that.
3:30 And everything pretty much stays the same. Your numbers stay the same. You can have your same team log-ins. Obviously with basic, you get more.
3:37 Umm, the difference is, is that when you log in, this is what you see. And. In the direct plan and with basic or plus, you actually see all of these other modules and you have access to all these other modules.
3:48 So you can leverage the direct integration functions, sending those ASIs or those alerts and notifications. See end of video. Um, as well as using our two-way text messaging functions and the other modules that we have.
