FollowMosio offers flexible self-service SaaS pricing tailored to the needs of research teams. Depending on your usage and features required, you can choose between month-to-month billing or longer-term commitments - with discounted rates for 12+ month licenses to align with variable study timelines.
Each Plan provides you with a different number of Projects (Texting Numbers included), Outbound Message/Segments, and Team Logins.

EXTRAS
Messaging Credits: Outbound message credits roll over month to month (e.g., Basic ×12 months = 36,000 total). Inbound messages are always free. Additional credits are $99 per 5,000 segments.
Projects / Text Lines: Each project includes a dedicated local phone number (10DLC registered). You can add more for $9/month each up to your plan limit.
Team Logins & APIs: Basic Plan includes 4 team logins; Plus gives 10; Project level supports more via custom quote. Plans also offer API access for automation and integrations—up to 30 keys on Plus level.
Overage Protection: You can opt in to protect against exceeding credit limits and prevent unexpected charges
The Mosio Hierarchy: Plans, Projects, and People
Every Mosio account follows the same structure. Understanding where you fit makes it much easier to know who to ask when you need something set up.
Account Plan The billing-level container for your organization, department, or study team. One Account Plan is purchased from mosio.com/plans, and it has exactly one Plan Owner responsible for billing and overall plan management.
Project A Project is a text line that lives inside your Account Plan. Each Project has its own phone number, contacts, message history, and team members. Depending on plan tier, a single Account Plan can contain one Project or many.
Users (aka Team Logins) Users are added to individual (or multiple) Projects, not to the Account Plan as a whole. Each user has a permission level that controls what they can see and do. For the full breakdown, see What are the various account logins and permission levels?
Where do you fit in?
"My department, PI, or institution already has Mosio." That means someone at your organization is the Plan Owner or a Plan Admin on an existing Account Plan. To get a new text line, ask that person to create a new Project for you. Mosio cannot create a Project under someone else's plan on their behalf, even if you work at the same institution.
"I need to start fresh." You are looking to become an Account Plan Owner. Visit mosio.com/plans to choose a plan, or request a quote at mosio.com/iq.
"I don't know who owns our plan." Check with your research administrator, IT department, or whoever handles software purchases at your organization. If you genuinely can't track them down, contact us and we can help confirm who's listed.
