Oh, so if you are scheduling appointment reminders in bulk, you're getting them from another system or you have them in a an Excel file or CSV file, I'll show you today how you can schedule those reminders. So you just quickly click on appointments and overview and that will take you to this window. Click on schedule reminders and you'll be taken to this window. Now you'll see here at the bottom, the CSV file that you upload should contain the following columns with the with the header and, you know, in in these rows. You'll see most of these things are optional. Basically, all you need is a first name, date, time, and phone number. In fact, I don't think that you I don't believe you even need the first name, but if you wanna call them by first name in the message that you then you would include that.
So you can schedule when to send them. One day before at nine thirty, that's sort of our default setting. You can send the entire batch now. Some people schedule them every day. And then this is the reminder message. So you can edit this.
The confirmation text when they reply yes, you can click, thank you for confirming your appointment, or you can type in a new one if you've got some other special yes response for a specific batch of appointments that you're sending. Click on choose file to choose your the file that you have on your computer and then you click schedule appointments. That's pretty much it.
As you may be able to guess here, if it has first name, it's pulling from the first name column.
The date and the time is pulling from that column as well. We also have other clients that are entering in a study ID, any sort of helpful information specific to that particular study. As long as there's a column with that header, you can enter in that in these brackets and it will pull that data for you. If you have any questions, let us know. Thanks.
