1. Contact List 

The numbered items in Image 1 correspond with the numbered list that follows the image. Refer back to this image if needed as you review the steps.

  1. Contacts: Selecting "Contact List" from the Contacts menu will send you to the page seen above, this is the first step in finding the change log the participant profile. Next you can either do step 2 or 3.
  2. Actions: Clicking on the Action button will open this dropdown menu, here you will find the "Participant Profile" link.
  3. Participant Icon: A secondary way to access the Participant Profile is by selecting the participant icon (ppt_guy.png).

 

 

2. Change Log Tab

  1. Change Log: Once you are on the Participant Profile page, you can view the "Change Log" tab.

 

 

3. Change Log

  1. Refresh Icon: This button refreshes the content on the table.
  2. Date: The date the changes were made.
  3. Change Type: These cells show the type of change made.
  4. Field Name: These cells show the field name of what change has been made.
  5. Changed By: These cells show the user who made the change to participant account.
  6. Old Value: These cells show the old value before a change was made. 
  7. New Value: These cells show the new value after a change was made.
