The virtual number allocated to your account is located at the top of the microboard. This is the number that will appear on the participant’s phone when they receive a text from the Mosio system.
If a participant tries to call this number, an automated message is in place informing them that the number is unable to receive voice calls.
Mosio has Voice Forwarding. You can choose to forward phone calls to your texting number to another phone number (office phone, for example). The cost is 1 Message/Segment Credit per minute.
To set it up, visit Tools > Project Settings, then scroll down to Call Forwarding and add a number.
