How to Create a New Project

BASIC AND PLUS PLANS
(Direct Plans, please scroll down)
To create a new project in the Basic or Plus Plans, you will:
1. Find "REDCap Direct/Dashboard" in Quicklinks (even if you aren't a REDCap user).
2. Choose "Create New Project" in the Projects Dropdown.
3. Give your Project a name, type in the area code and then choose a texting number.
4. If you run into any issues, you can submit a support ticket.

Refresh the page and then you should see the Project listed in your Projects Dropdown in the navigation.

DIRECT PLANS
Under Account View in one of your projects, click Create New Project.
In the Crew New Project pop up, type:
1. Project Name
2. Desired Area Code (available texting numbers will show up for you to choose. Choose one.
3. Click the Create New Project button at the bottom.
Refresh the page and then you should see the Project listed in your Projects Dropdown in the navigation.
If you don't see this, submit a request (the link is in the upper right of this article's page).
