FollowObjective: Review how to plan Mosio User Accounts for your staff.
There are 4 permission levels in account logins:
1. Account Admin
Full access to all projects on the system, can create and remove projects and invite users.
2. Project Admins
Have full access to the system (they see the Project Administration Module like you do).
3. Admins
Have full control of the project, but cannot add/delete/update users.
4. Moderators
Can answer questions, but cannot edit Auto Responders, Answer Templates, Project Settings, etc. Moderators do not have access to system configuration. They can enroll participants and send messages. Minimal reporting is available.
