What is a keyword, short code and where do I get them?

Def. Short Code- A number your audience is texting to and the phone number they will see on their phone when you are texting them back. This cannot be edited. Every event by Mosio shares the same short code - 66746 (which also spells Mosio). 

Def. Keyword-  A word your audience will need to text in so we can identify them as a question asker at your event. You will ask for this as you sign up and can edit it later.

All you need to do is get the people attending your event to text in your keyword to that shortcode and they will automatically be opted in and able to provide questions/feedback. 

*Please note, some carriers do not allow for the use of shortcodes, so we also provide you with a local virtual number for people to text in to. You will get this virtual number in your login details you are provided once your account is set up.
